My silly dreams

I would love to be an extra in a horror movie. The kind where a giant creature is terrorizing a city and I would have to run down a street screaming! I think I would be good at it, if I could stop laughing.

My dream car? No it's not a Yukon or a Tahoe or even an Escalade. It's an old VW bug convertible! I think they are so cute, and I would love to drive one. Maybe when I'm a grandma I will have one.

I love yorkies and I would love to own one someday, I just can't spend $1,000 on a dog! Even though they are super cute, I'd rather have a free mutt.

I would love to learn how to make a souffle. Why? I don't know. I have never eaten one before, I don't even know if they taste good. For some reason they look fun to make. This is probably the easiest of all my dreams so I'll have to try it and see.

So close, so far

I'm so sorry I keep posting this, but Maddie has a new favorite song to dance to from Enchanted. It's the So close, so far song and I happily have the role of Robert. She is so funny she watches it to make sure we're doing the right moves.

Kids are so funny

The other day my doorbell rang and when I opened the door, there were four kids standing there. They were all holding rocks and one of them said, "Would you like to buy a rock?" I tried so hard to keep a straight face! I said, "No, that's ok." As I was closing the door I heard one of the little boys say, "Why is everyone saying no?" As soon as I closed the door I started laughing so hard. I feel bad now, I should've at least asked them how much they were selling them for. I really didn't want to buy some of my own rocks!

Who eats more? Derek, but I have my moments!
Who said I love you first? He did. It was on Thanksgiving in front of his family. I was shocked and I said, "What did you just say?"
Who is taller? Derek, by two inches.
Who sings better? Hmmm, I don't think either of us are very good.
Who is smarter? Definitely Derek.
Who controls the T.V. remote? I do when Derek's not home.
Whose temper is worse? Mine.
Who does the laundry? Me. Derek does all the ironing, I hate to iron.
Who does the dishes? Usually me, but every once in awhile Derek will surprise me and do them.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? Derek does. I sleep by the door, so I can help the kids in the night.
Who cooks dinner? Me or Piccolos. Derek makes the best breakfasts.
Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? Derek.
Whose parents do you see the most? We probably see them both the same.
Who has more friends? I think I talk to and see my friends more, he doesn't really stay in touch with his. Except for his best friend Elon, our neighbor. (I tease him about this) :)
Who has more siblings? Me, by one.
Who wears the pants in the family? He does, but I can definitely influence the pants!

Oh Jack!

I was cleaning my bathroom, when I heard Jack crying. I walk into the kitchen and this is what I find. He had to empty all the tupperware and then get in the drawer. These pictures are kind of sad because he is crying, but I had to take them before I got him out. He's my crazy little guy.
